Directions to UrbanPromise International

27 N. 36th Street Camden, New Jersey - (856) 661-1700

I-95 from the South (includes Route 130 from the South)

Take Walt Whitman Bridge, staying in the right lane. Take Exit 676/130N. Follow signs to Route 130 North. Stay on Rte 130 through the historic “Airport Circle” which is a confluence of Rtes 130, 38 and 70. From that confluence, travel roughly 1.0 miles, through the traffic light at Terrace Avenue. Just beyond that traffic light, and before a pedestrian overpass is a sudden exit to the right —“Maple Ave./Merchantville – All turns.” Take that exit and travel roughly 200 yards. Then turn left onto “130 South and Federal Street.” At the end of this long exit ramp, bear right onto Federal Street south toward CAMDEN. Two traffic lights will appear in quick succession. Turn right at the second traffic light onto 36th Street. Turn immediately right onto Rudderow. Turn immediately right into the UrbanPromise parking lot. ***

From Philadelphia via Ben Franklin Bridge

After crossing the Bridge follow signs to Route 130 North. Once you’re on 130 North travel roughly one mile, through the traffic light at Terrace Avenue. Just beyond that traffic light, and before a pedestrian overpass is a sudden exit to the right—“Maple Ave./Merchantville – All turns.” Take that exit and travel roughly 200 yards. Turn immediately right into the UrbanPromise parking lot.*

From the New Jersey Turnpike (includes Rte 130 from the North)

Take Exit 4 to Rte 73 North. Take 73 North to Rte 130 South. Follow Route 130 South to the Exit for “County Rte 537 West” (just past a large “Save-A-Lot” Billboard). That will automatically put you on Federal Street. At second traffic light—just past a 711—turn right onto 36th Street. Turn immediately right onto Rudderow. Turn immediately right into the UrbanPromise parking lot.***

From Route I-295 (and Route 70)

Exit I-295 at Rte 70 West. Go approximately 4.9 miles (a little past Point Shopping Center and Benihana on your right) to right hand exit for “Browning Rd. North/Marlton Pike.” At traffic light at end of exit ramp turn left, but get quickly into the right lane. Proceed to first traffic light and turn right onto Rte 130 North. Travel roughly 0.7 miles, through the traffic light at Terrace Avenue. Just beyond that traffic light, and before a pedestrian overpass is a sudden exit to the right—“Maple Ave./Merchantville – All turns.” Take that exit and travel roughly 200 yards.

(Note—if you overshoot the Browning Road/Marlton Pike exit, just continue to the historic “Airport Circle” where you can pick up Route 130 North. Then follow the first set of directions above for I-95 from the South—starting from the “Airport Circle”. )
