Kangar is a Nonprofit Management Professional, a Youth Development Strategist, an Administrator and a Patriotic Liberian. Currently, he is the Director for Administration & Development at CELDI-Liberia, and a Member of the Board of Directors—LoveDriven Ministries, Malawi.
As a Fellow at Urban Promise International, he developed the concept/proposal and fundraised for the construction of CELDI Academy and prior to his travel to the us, he served as Camp Counselor at CELDI-Liberia,
Kangar holds a Master degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, in Pennsylvania, USA, a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, from the University of Liberia, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship & Leadership from Urban Promise School of Entrepreneurs & Leadership, and a host of other professional certificates and leadership trainings.
Kangar believes the youths are the most significant factor to nation building and national development. As such, these things cannot be done if the youth are not developed. Hence, he’s contributing to the growth and development of over 700 underprivileged children from vulnerable and slums communities in Liberia through CELDI-Liberia. He once said “It’s at CELDI his passion meets his profession”.
Kangar is a dependable friend, a loving family man, a dynamic administrator, a great youth leader and a caring father. He aspires to “Changing Liberia One Child at a Time” thus contributing his best to the society.
