Kwame who is our first fellow from Ghana, West Africa. Kwame has returned to Ghana to build the first Ghanaian UPI affiliate, ThriveWorks. ThriveWorks' program focuses on leadership and discipleship training, vocational training
based on the local needed job skill set, plus an Entrepreneurial mindset so those who go through his training will be able to look ahead and determine needed
skills for the future.
