The Code.

 

DreamCode reaches children and youth through a S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) based afterschool program, and invests in mentoring high school students to be leaders and role models in the program. Our goal is to impact the community by helping young people get the right education, develop relevant job/life skills, break the cycle of poverty, and grow in their faith.

We are empowering children through fun-based education, mentorship, entrepreneurship & digital literacy.
Through our literacy and capacity development programs, we promote holistic growth and create opportunities for children in underserved, rural to be equipped to become leaders in the program and in the community.

Our Programs

Afterschool Program

Serving 200 High school students 
annually since 2019
Our AfterSchool program provides opportunities for High school students students to improve their academic performance, develop necessary tech and soft skills, gain career clarity, create positive relationship with caring adults, and nurture their faith.
 

Summer Camp

Serving 500 Teenagers 
annually since 2021
DreamCode provides summer long day camp for students in secondary schools within the community. The summer camps are designed to help students improve their literacy levels, develop relevant tech / soft skills, explore sports (basketball & Football) and photography.

Student Leader Program

Serving 60 High School Seniors 
annually since 2019
The Student Leader Program engages teens as counsellors, tutors and mentors for the other students in the AfterSchool Programs and Summer Camps. The job training and leadership development the Student Leader Program provides is critical in the growth process of local teens and in the restoration of low-income communities.

Graduate Advancement Program (GAP)

Serving 55 High School Graduates  
annually since 2023
GAP is targeted at High School Graduates in the community. Sessions are cohort based with learning pathways in tech (UI/UX , Software Development, Digital Marketing ) and vocation (baking, sewing, Photography). GAP includes a one month apprenticeship (IT) ,  and a 3 months Incubation program for job readiness (tech) and entrepreneurship (vocation).
