Promise Vancouver

Promise Vancouver is rooted in a deeply held belief that every child is inherently valuable and loved and has the potential to be a wellspring of life in the communities they are part of. Working in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood, it is our mission to guide children to find security in knowing this important truth through intentional out-of-school programming and meaningful relationships. As these children grow older, they have opportunities to lead and mentor their younger peers at Promise, driving restoration within an embattled community. They are also surrounded by supportive adults as they navigate their own transition into adulthood.
