My name is Milliam. We are four children in our family three girls and one boy, and we live with our both parents. My parents are farmers, they grow crops to give us food which turns out to be not even enough to sustain our lives over the year. I come from a community, that has a lot of houses that are grass thatched and made of mud, due to poverty people do not afford to make good houses for their families.
One of the reasons so many youths drop out of school in our community is tuition problem. this demotivates a lot of children, because they know even if they can continue going to school there will be nobody to pay for their school fees, and there seems to be no future for people who are living in poverty.
When I finish my education, I would like to become a teacher, and help my community to learn and develop in a new way. Having known that, illiteracy slows down development I would like to help my community academically as a teacher.
Pray for provision of exercise books, mathematical instruments, school shoes and a school bag.
