My name is Grecian. I live in a village that has one hospital. Most of the houses are grass roofed with a mud floor. My house has a grass roof with a mud floor and no windows.
Our market is a forty minute walk from my house. It has many kinds of goods such as mangoes, sweet potatoes and cassava. Most people grow corn which is our staple food. In my village, many boys and girls drop out of school because of lack of school supplies, drinking and smoking. Girls get married early and become teen mothers.
I live with Mum four Brothers and two Sisters. I wake up at 5:00am, sweep, and go to school. I go to Madisi Primary School. I want to be a pilot. After school, I go to Rise Malawi. When I get home, I play. I go to bed at 8:00 pm. I sleep on a mat.
