My name is Maima. When I grow up, I want to be a Medical Doctor, because I want to help treat the sick people.
I live in a community that lacks safe drinking water, electricity, and health centers. It is one of the communities where criminal activities are high. I live with my Grandmother.
Washing dishes, fetching water from the pump, going to school, attending CELDI's After-school program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and studying my lessons. After school or camp day, I go home and wait for our family meal (more times at night). I end my day with an evening bath, study my lesson and go to sleep in a room with 4 persons.
